Stick Welders Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal trusses for metal building construction
• Read and use measuring tools, including tape measures and rulers, to ensure accurate cuts and welds
• Operate welding equipment safely while maintaining quality and production standards
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments and assist with material handling as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and complete required welding and ruler tests prior to employment

Stick Welders Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required; experience welding metal trusses or structural steel preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and pass a ruler/measuring test
• Must be able to pass a welding test using company-provided equipment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Must pass a drug screen (including THC) and background check; no theft or assault convictions allowed
