Clinical ManagerSeeking a Clinical Manager to provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff.ResponsibilitiesLead and support an interdisciplinary hospice care teamProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staffOversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and workload distributionEnsure compliance with Medicare, regulatory, and accreditation standardsSupport hospice eligibility reviews, symptom management, and care planningConduct staff ride-alongs and competency evaluationsParticipate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiativesCollaborate with physicians and the clinical leadership team to ensure exceptional patient careParticipate in a rotating administrative on-call scheduleQualificationsActive California Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Minimum 3 years of nursing experienceAt least 1 year of hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experienceMinimum 1 year of healthcare leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of hospice and palliative care, pain and symptom managementExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPrevious hospice leadership or clinical management experienceKnowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and California hospice regulationsExperience with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI)Spanish language skills are a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary: $130,000 - $135,000 annuallyComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with employer matchingGenerous paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leaveProfessional development and continuing education opportunitiesCompany-issued laptop and cell phone
