What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and young adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments
- Conduct crisis interventions and provide therapeutic support during challenging clinical situations
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, recovery, and administrative staff to advocate for client progress and continuity of care
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups that promote recovery and personal growth
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing electronic health record systems
- Participate actively in treatment team meetings and case consultations
- Support discharge planning and aftercare recommendations
- Stay current with best practices, emerging research, and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Contribute ideas that improve clinical programming, patient engagement, and treatment effectiveness

What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Current Texas licensure or associate licensure as LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or other qualified credential recognized by the State of Texas
- LCDC credential preferred
- Experience working with adolescents, young adults, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients, families, referral sources, and treatment team members
- Strong organizational skills and timely documentation practices
- Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and recovery models
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications
