About the Role:

Mohawk Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our Sales Business Development team in a specialized customer retention and outbound prospecting role. Unlike a traditional automotive BDC position, this role does not handle incoming internet leads. The primary focus is answering inbound sales phone calls and proactively creating sales opportunities through our existing customer database.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound sales calls and schedule appointments.
• Contact current and previous customers about trade-in and upgrade opportunities.
• Identify customers with positive equity or approaching lease and finance maturities.
• Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Build relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
• Track customer activity and appointments in our CRM.
• Work closely with our sales team to turn opportunities into vehicle sales.

• Automotive BDC or sales experience preferred but not required.
