Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations. * Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities. * Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
