In this position: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for representing the company and its clients with the utmost professionalism and respect. While working face-to-face with customers, this position requires the ability to problem-solve, handle sensitive customer information, market the latest client promotions, and process sales. The primary focus will be building relationships with new and existing customers to resolve issues, upgrade service, and explain client products and services.
