Dispatcher - Night Shift

Job Description Dispatcher. Full-time: Night Shift, 1:00am – 10:00am. Location: Charlotte, NC. The scope of this position is to be responsible for dispatching units to pickup and delivery freight, monitoring the performance of drivers and to ensure customer timelines are adhered to. How You’ll Help Scheduling drivers pick-ups and deliveries Uploading and setting up of scanners Maintain communication with PDC Supervisor for status reports on correct loading by unit and timely departures. Ensure driver concerns reported into dispatch are responded to and closed off within reasonable or expected timelines.
