Project Manager | Commercial Construction Greater Pittsburgh Area (Local Travel Only) Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Performance Bonus Full-Time | Direct Hire Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager looking for an opportunity to take full ownership of projects from bid through closeout? A growing and well-established commercial construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both the estimating and project management sides of construction and wants a high level of visibility, autonomy, and impact within a company experiencing continued growth. Position Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from estimating and bidding through project completion and closeout. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and profitable. Projects typically range from several thousand dollars up to $2 million+, with multiple projects managed simultaneously depending on size and complexity. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare estimates and bid future projects Review drawings and determine project scope Coordinate subcontractor pricing and proposals Manage projects from award through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules Monitor project budgets and profitability Manage client communications and relationships Coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing Prepare and distribute subcontract agreements Process owner and subcontractor change orders Manage RFIs and submittals Track submittal approvals and follow‑up activities Conduct site visits and monitor project progress Required Qualifications 10+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience Experience working for a General Contractor (GC) Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish Strong understanding of commercial construction operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience Annual performance bonus opportunity (typically 5%-20%) Mileage reimbursement Medical benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation with additional time earned through tenure Paid holidays If you're looking for a position where your experience is valued, your contributions are visible, and you can play a key role in a growing organization, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
