What you will enjoy doing:

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible performance
• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to sustain high operational readiness
• Monitor process performance and adjust conditions to maintain safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency
• Take responsibility for collecting, interpreting, and documenting equipment and process trend data while completing preventive and predictive maintenance in the computerized maintenance system
• Read, interpret, and maintain process documentation in compliance with management of change requirements and support cross-functional groups in resolving process or equipment issues
• Execute lockout and tagout procedures, oversee contractors, fill liquid bulk trailers, and recommend improvements to processes, maintenance strategies, and plant reliability

What makes you great:

• Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation proficiency
• Familiarity with control and human-machine interface software such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate Degree from a technical school preferred
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information clearly while safely operating forklifts, cranes, aerial work platforms, and working at height using ladders, scaffolding, and elevated equipment
• Maintain strong computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Support continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving
• Maintain high safety standards, following all procedures, and contributing to a culture that values inclusion, learning, and operational excellence
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights
• Available to work extended hours when business needs arise
• Demonstrate the flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage
