We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to serve children and adults through creative, play-based, and functional interventions. You’ll help clients strengthen motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall quality of life. What You’ll Do o Evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to identify functional goals and appropriate interventions o Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals o Provide therapeutic interventions that improve functional abilities, independence, and participation in daily activities o Educate clients and their families on self-care strategies, home carryover, and injury prevention o Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive, client-centered care What You Bring o Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program o Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license in good standing o Two or more years of occupational therapy experience working with diverse patient populations o Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and intervention techniques o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary professionals Benefits That Support You We support our therapists with benefits designed to promote flexibility, growth, and well-being: o Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance o Hourly rate $41 - $60 per hour based on experience o Mileage reimbursement o Paid time off o Professional development assistance to support continued learning and clinical growth o Health insurance stipend #J-18808-Ljbffr ILOTA
