A multi-generational combustion sales and service company, specializing in heating and process steam boilers, burners, air handlers, and combustion equipment is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and self-motivated Service/Sales Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties

An established commercial, industrial, and institutional heating company, also specializing in ASME repair and fabrication, is seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage our Service Division.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating customer service schedules and dispatching service technicians
• Supporting technicians with their routine and emergency service calls
• Working with office staff to improve workflow and facilitate prompt billing
• Expanding the company’s service division through customer outreach, site visits, and relationship development
• Assisting with recruiting efforts through job fairs, training initiatives, and technician outreach
• Maintaining and growing existing combustion product lines and partnerships
• Collaborating with the parts department to support field technicians and customer needs
• Supporting commercial and industrial mechanical systems including boilers, burners, controls, chillers, air handlers, and piping systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of boilers, burners, boiler room layout/design, and combustion systems
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial service experience
• Ability to interpret and apply applicable codes and industry standards
• Engineering background in commercial/industrial boilers and related accessories preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Experience identifying customer opportunities, preparing proposals, managing estimates, and solving technical customer issues
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage projects effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, management, engineering, and sales teams
