Growth Marketing Manager

The Growth Marketing Manager – Developer will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive developer acquisition, activation, retention, and advocacy . This role combines growth experimentation with developer-focused product marketing, ensuring measurable impact across the funnel. Key Responsibilities Experimentation Strategy : Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. Developer Acquisition : Manage paid, organic, and community-driven channels (search, social, developer forums, GitHub, Stack Overflow). Lifecycle Marketing : Build onboarding flows, nurture campaigns, and retention programs tailored to developers. Growth Analytics : Define KPIs, run cohort analysis, and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and lifetime value (LTV). Product Collaboration : Partner with product and engineering teams to design growth loops (referrals, integrations, API usage). Community Engagement : Drive developer advocacy through events, hackathons, and content marketing. Budget Management : Allocate spend across paid search, social, affiliates, and developer-focused sponsorships. Reporting : Deliver weekly insights on funnel performance and experiment outcomes. Requirements Experience : 4–8 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in developer tools, SaaS, or tech platforms.
