We are looking for someone who understands that great F&I performance is about more than selling products. It's about creating an exceptional customer experience, maximizing every opportunity, maintaining strong lender relationships, and helping the dealership grow profitably.

Responsibilities:

• Present financing options and protection products in a professional, transparent manner
• Maximize F&I performance while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Secure competitive financing through dealership lending partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lenders
• Present vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, appearance protection, and other F&I products
• Ensure all paperwork and funding packages are accurate and completed efficiently
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth Sales-to-F&I turnover
• Track performance and continually work to improve product penetration and profitability
• Assist customers with questions regarding financing and protection options
• Help create a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have previous automotive F&I experience and a proven ability to produce strong results while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Previous automotive F&I experience is strongly preferred.
