Document Processing Operator
The Job Center is hiring a Document Processing Operator for temp to hire job openings in the Euless area. Great environment and great company to work for! Compensation of Document Processing Operator:
$18.00 per hour
1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
OT Mandatory
Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.
Responsibilities of Document Processing Operator:
- Processing documents for scanning, batching, and data entry duties.
- Strong focus and attention to detail and verifying quality and accuracy in the documents and report abnormalities to the Lead or Supervisor
- Perform end to end document processing across all process functions for daily payroll checks.
- Demonstrate high levels of focus and attention to detail, ensuring strong quality standards to minimize rework.
- Safely operate mailing center automated equipment; report problems to Lead/Supervisor.
- Operate within a highly regulated and secure environment. Adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures. (Dress code/compliance/client requirements, etc)
- Strong communication and escalate observed issues timely and appropriately.
Requirements of Document Processing Operator:
- High School Graduate with Manufacturing Management experience or an equivalent.
- Operator experience with knowledge about scanning and keying in data.
- Highly detail oriented. Process driven and quality focus.
- Good computer skills- able to train using specific scanning and reconciliation software.
- Basic problem solving skills and ability to communicate in full English.
- Ability to read/write/communicate effectively in English to understand all written job ticket information.
- Ability to lift 30lbs with good stamina. Stand/walk/and sit for extended amounts of time during the shift.
