Landscape Laborer / Landscape Driver

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform general landscape labor including planting, mulching, weeding, trimming, and cleanup
Operate and drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites safely
Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscape beds to company standards
Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment
Follow crew leader instructions and maintain a safe, efficient worksite
Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely
Must be able to work outdoors in hot Arizona weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic knowledge of landscape plants, tools, and maintenance techniques a plus
