Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective therapy methods to foster continued progress at home
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on track

Qualifications

• Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Support for additional education or post-graduate certifications is offered and encouraged

Licensure and Certification

• Possession of an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
