Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Troy, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across technical and non-technical domains for North American and potentially global hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent sourcing, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and a commitment to building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.

·       Candidate Engagement: Develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with prospective candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

·       Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements, with a focus on diverse talent pools.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and implement targeted sourcing strategies.

·       Market Research: Monitor industry trends, talent market insights, and sourcing best practices to identify opportunities for improving recruitment effectiveness.

·       Diversity Hiring: Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by identifying candidates from a broad range of backgrounds and underrepresented talent communities.

·       Candidate Experience: Ensure timely, professional, and engaging communication throughout the sourcing process while representing the organization positively.

·       ATS and Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

·       Continuous Improvement: Evaluate sourcing strategies and recommend innovative approaches to improve candidate engagement and talent pipeline quality.

Required Qualifications

·       1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition; experience in diversity hiring is preferred.

·       Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other candidate sourcing tools.

·       Understanding of recruitment processes, talent mapping, pipeline development, and diversity sourcing practices.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively.

·       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-centric approach to recruitment.

·       Genuine interest in talent sourcing, market research, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
