SLP Wanted: Kennett Square, PA | School Year Contract | Travel & Local Welcome

Are you an SLP ready to make a difference — whether in your own backyard or somewhere new? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district near Kennett Square, PA to find a great fit for the 2026–2027 school year (August–May). Clinical Fellows: this one's for you too!

The position: Full-time, onsite, K–12. You'll assess student needs, build individualized plans, and collaborate with educators and families — with caseloads managed in line with state guidelines so you can focus on what matters most: your students. Details specific to the school are shared during the interview.

Local candidate?If you live in or are moving to the area, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate paid every Friday.

Travel candidate?If you're looking for a school-year adventure, we'll cover you with an hourly rate plus tax-free travel stipends — and can help with housing options. Come explore a new place while doing what you love.

Either way, you'll have access to ProCare Therapy's full W-2 benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with matching, and weekly pay every Friday.

You'll be a great match if you have:

Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility) — CFs welcome
School-based experience (preferred)
Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Flexibility and strong organizational habits
