As a multidiscipline, full-service firm, we achieve success by working together to deliver innovative design solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

Are you an experienced architectural professional who enjoys leading design documentation efforts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring emerging professionals? Do you want to play a key role in delivering complex and impactful projects while working alongside talented architects and engineers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you on our Architecture team.

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will serve as a technical and design document leader on a variety of corporate, industrial, educational, and governmental projects. Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, you will lead the development and coordination of design and construction documents from concept through construction.

This position is ideal for a proactive, self-directed professional who can take ownership of project deliverables, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help guide projects through all phases of design. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing construction documents, supporting quality control efforts, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, and mentoring junior staff. A strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, wall assemblies, and how buildings are put together is essential for success in this role.

Experience with construction administration, construction documentation, and project coordination is highly valued. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and helping maintain project quality, schedule, and design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience producing construction documents and construction sets using industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of building systems, wall assemblies, construction detailing, building codes, and construction methods.
• Experience supporting construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and assisting during construction.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience mentoring, directing, and delegating work to junior-level staff.
• Familiarity with drawing quality control (QC) processes and document review procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
