Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE Ashby's Marketing team is scaling pipeline generation across a multi-product portfolio (ATS, Onboarding). As our Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, you'll be the only dedicated marketing ops hire on the team—owning the full technical and analytical foundation that lets Marketing run campaigns, measure performance, and improve efficiency with confidence. This role sits within Revenue Operations, the horizontal function that makes the entire GTM system work, and partners in close, near-daily collaboration with the VP of Marketing and her leadership team.
You'll be embedded in the day-to-day (tracking, dashboards, campaign systems) while also shaping how Marketing measures pipeline generation and CAC as we scale. Why this role matters now We're in an active expansion phase: new products, new segments, new channels. The person in this role will shape how Marketing operates for the next chapter of Ashby's growth.
