Director of Gastroenterology Opportunity
We are excited to announce an opening for a Director of Gastroenterology at a community hospital located just 20 minutes from Indianapolis. This role presents a chance to take on a leadership position in a technologically advanced facility, all while residing in one of the best-rated areas for families in the nation.
Position Highlights:- Focus on Bread and Butter GI: Engage in routine procedures with opportunities for advanced techniques.
- Hospital Facilities: A 70+ bed hospital featuring a 23-bed ICU, 6 Main Operating Rooms, and 4 Surgery Center Operating Rooms; the Surgery Center is on-site and available for physician investment.
- State-of-the-Art Equipment: Utilize the latest Olympus Gastroscopes.
- Upcoming Technology: New GI software is on the horizon.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy adaptable hours to fit your case load.
- Supportive Staff: Work alongside a dedicated GI team and a variety of specialists to manage complex patient needs.
- Call Schedule: Join a group of 3 physicians with a call rotation of 1:4 weekends.
- Scoping Opportunities: Currently, the schedule includes 3 days dedicated to scopes and 1.5 days in the clinic, supported by an experienced GI Physician Assistant.
- Competitive Salary: Base salary of $700K plus RVU productivity incentives.
