- Consistent full-time schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

- Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers
- Perform grading, cut and fill, and site preparation
- Execute trenching and excavation for utilities and sitework
- Read and follow blueprints and daily work plans
- Work safely in active job sites
- Coordinate with crew members on-site
- Inspect and maintain equipment
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Travel to and work on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, PA home base
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
- Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework
- Ability to read blueprints and site layouts
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with field crews
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance and contribute effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Aston, PA and surrounding job sites
