Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer to support our remodeling and construction crews. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn the trades, and takes pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Demolition and job site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Operate basic power tools safely
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred (1 to 2 years)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong work ethic and dependability
