Overview

At Gallagher, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative and service-driven environment. As a Client Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams. How you'll make an impact

* Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth workflows and providing exceptional client support.

* Create important documents like certificates and reports, assist with branch processes, and help maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

* Contribute to client retention and the overall success of the branch by supporting the production team and client service functions.

About You

Required:

* High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred:

* Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.

* Previous experience managing client relationships.

Behaviors:

* Detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Comfortable using tools and systems to create documents and reports.

* Committed to meeting deadlines and maintaining high productivity standards.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
