We’re at an inflection point. Having built a best-in-class delivery operation, we are now investing seriously in our AI product capabilities, moving from a service-led model toward a platform-enabled one. The Head of AI Products & Agentic Solutions will be the architect of that next chapter.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to build something real at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise marketing transformation. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Smart Marketing Engine and ContinuumGlobal’s emerging Agentic AI Platform, ensuring our products enable Fortune 500 clients to operationalize AI securely, responsibly, and at scale.

This role sits at the center of product, AI innovation, and enterprise transformation. Working closely with our Head of Strategy, you’ll translate AI operating models and client requirements into scalable products, reusable AI agents, and platform capabilities that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. Strategy defines the AI transformation roadmap; you bring it to life through technology, product innovation, and execution.

The ideal candidate combines deep product leadership with a strong command of AI, agentic systems, and enterprise software. You are equally comfortable defining long-term product strategy, partnering with engineering teams, engaging with enterprise clients, and shaping the future of AI-powered marketing operations.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Smart Marketing Engine and ContinuumGlobal’s Agentic AI Platform
• Prioritize product investments based on client needs, market trends, emerging AI capabilities, and business value
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks, incorporating them into the roadmap where they create genuine client and business advantage
• Define and measure product success through adoption metrics, client outcomes, operational efficiency, and business impact
• Partner with Strategy, Sales and Client Services to productize successful AI solutions into repeatable offerings that can be scaled across clients and industries

• Lead the team responsible for designing, building, testing and deploying AI agents and multi-agent workflows, establishing a repeatable development approach that allows ContinuumGlobal to rapidly move client use cases from strategy into production
• Establish standards for AI governance, quality, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management across the platform
• Work closely with AI engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that meet the expectations of sophisticated global clients
• Translate complex business and marketing challenges into scalable, practical technology solutions

• Partner with the Head of Strategy to translate AI operating models and client recommendations into scalable product capabilities and implementation approaches
• Support client engagements directly by providing product leadership, technical guidance, and executive-level thought leadership
• Represent the product vision externally with Fortune 500 clients, positioning ContinuumGlobal as a credible and differentiated AI partner in the engagement marketing space

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team responsible for AI product strategy, platform innovation, and successful product delivery
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, rigorous execution, and client-centricity within the product organization
• Partner across engineering, client services, sales, and the broader leadership team to align product priorities with company growth objectives

Required

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations, with a track record of building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms
• Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI architecture
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, strategy, customer success, and sales in a fast-moving environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and to communicate those solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations and navigating enterprise software implementations, including procurement, security, and compliance requirements
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. You are as credible in a client boardroom as you are in an engineering sprint review

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Background in marketing technology, digital transformation, or management consulting. You understand how marketing organizations operate and what it takes to change them
• Familiarity with email and CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and the broader engagement marketing technology stack
• Experience building AI products in regulated or high‑compliance enterprise environments
• Comfort operating in a smaller, high-growth company where you will be both a strategist and a builder

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will have a clear picture of the current state of the Smart Marketing Engine, a working relationship with the engineering and strategy teams, and a point of view on the most impactful near‑term investments. By month six, you’ll have a multi-year product roadmap with leadership alignment and at least one meaningful platform capability in active client use. At the one-year mark, ContinuumGlobal’s AI platform is recognized by clients as a differentiated capability and a reason they chose us.

$220,000 - $260,000 a year
