Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule Tue 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner while interacting with staff, visitors, and patients. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site expectations, while documenting incidents and/or observations as needed. Support a professional environment by reporting concerns, communicating with site contacts, and following post‑orders related to daily operations and/or after‑hours activity. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
