Apartment Maintenance Technician

We have open Maintenance at Summit at Midtown Apartment Apartment Maintenance must be multi-skilled. This position is responsible for the following: Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Maintenance will include occupied residential units and/or performing necessary repairs in make ready residential units.
