Suncore is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Caldwell and play a key role in keeping our ready-mix operations running smoothly. You'll be at the center of the action coordinating deliveries, communicating with customers and drivers, and helping solve problems when they arise.

What You'll Do
- Take customer phone orders and gather accurate delivery information.
- Coordinate and dispatch ready-mix trucks to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams throughout the day.
- Help resolve customer questions and delivery issues quickly and professionally.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Help keep daily operations running efficiently and safely.
What You Bring
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A dependable, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Experience in dispatch, logistics, construction, ready-mix, or customer service is a plus, but ultimately, we're looking for the right person and a willingness to learn.
