Benefits Marketing Analysts

A leading employee benefits consulting organization is seeking multiple Benefits Marketing Analysts to support the development of competitive employee benefits programs for employers nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented benefits professional who enjoys working with carrier markets, analyzing plan designs, and helping clients make informed decisions.
The Job:
- Analyze and compare employee benefits plans, pricing, and carrier proposals.
- Prepare and manage RFPs for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary coverages.
- Develop client-facing marketing and renewal presentations.
- Partner with consultants, account managers, and sales teams to support client strategies.
- Review carrier quotes and identify opportunities to improve plan competitiveness and value.
- Maintain accurate client and market data within agency management systems.
- Support senior team members with marketing initiatives and renewal projects.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, underwriting, marketing, or a related analytical role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience working with carrier proposals, renewals, or benefits plan comparisons is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
