The Analyst - Revenue & Cost Integration supports accurate, timely, and compliant revenue and cost reporting across systems and business functions. This role works closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Claims and Assurance teams to assist with revenue and cost data integration, reporting, reconciliations, process improvements, and system-related initiatives. The analyst helps identify discrepancies, supports financial visibility efforts, and contributes to revenue and cost integrity through data analysis and operational support.

$52,167 - $56,910 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Responsibilities

Report Administration & Data Integrity

• Maintain and audit Power BI and Excel reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and data quality issues.
• Ensure timely report refreshes and validation processes.

KPI & Reconciliation Reporting

• Maintain weekly KPI, billing reconciliation, and claims reports.
• Audit billing reports (STD TP, PP, PIO, FSC) and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain monthly claims damage reports and address data issues.

Analysis & Management Reporting

• Analyze KPI and reconciliation reports to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare periodic management summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Support operational reviews and corrective action initiatives.

Report Development

• Develop reports and dashboards to support business requirements.
• Manage report development from requirements through implementation.
• Provide weekly project status updates and support change management.

Produce ad-hoc reports as needed basis

• Run PowerBI, ITMS, Excel report on as needed basis

Skills

• Proficient verbal and written communication (Required)
• Intermediate BI reporting tool (PowerBI), SQL, and SDLC (Required)
• Proficient in, MS Excel, Access, Database knowledge (Required)
• Basic accounting concepts (General Ledger) (Preferred)

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Required
• 1 - 2 years of direct experience required
