Job Title: Sales Coordinator

The Jackfruit Company (TJC) and jack & annie's are looking for a team-oriented, motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. Reporting initially to the CEO, this person will contribute to a range of projects that fuel growth for our brands across grocery, foodservice, and natural channels. You'll gain hands-on experience in coordinating sales calls, events and associated logistics, and have the opportunity to collaborate with teammates and customers alike.

You'll roll up your sleeves on everything from coordinating sales calls and events to managing office logistics that keep our team moving.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication across internal departments and external customers. This role helps drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing sample shipments, managing the logistics for high-stakes sales calls, and tracking inventories.
• Coordinate communications between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reach out to potential customers and prospects via email and phone to help grow sales opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of trade shows and client events. Traveling occasionally if needed.
• Maintain accuracy and update customer databases and item details in master data platforms.
• Track project costs. Recommend ways to be more efficient with costs as opportunities arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems a plus.
• You're comfortable lifting boxes or materials up to 50 lbs. and have a reliable car to get to meetings, events, or stores as needed. Able to be in our Boulder, CO office, up to five days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with master data platforms such as 1WorldSync, DOT Foods, and Sysco.
• Background or experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Genuine interest in food, comfortable and familiar with cooking and food preparation.
