Lending Product Manager

Title: Lending Product Manager
Duration: 12 months (possible extension/ conversion)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and onboarding of a new document management platform.
- Partner with Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product features.
- Manage the product backlog and support Agile delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with document/content management platforms.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
