The attraction is geared toward visitors of all ages, combining learning and fun in a dynamic, high-energy environment. WonderWorks operates six locations across the United States, including Orlando, Panama City Beach, Pigeon Forge, Myrtle Beach, Syracuse, and Branson. Role Description The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at WonderWorks in Branson, MO. This position oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of the facility, including building systems, attraction equipment, and public areas. Responsibilities include planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating repairs with vendors, monitoring safety and compliance standards, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The manager leads and schedules the maintenance team, ensures timely response to facility issues, and collaborates with operations leadership to support a reliable, guest-ready attraction experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Management skills. Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance skills. Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills for leading maintenance staff and coordinating workloads. Candidates should possess skills in safety and compliance practices related to amusement attractions and building operations. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to respond quickly to technical and facility issues. Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance inventories.
