Patient Financial Navigator

Geisinger Health System

Geisinger Wilkes-Barre seeks a Financial Counselor to assist patients with billing, pre-service counseling, and post-service collections. You will coordinate with clinical staff to understand patient financial needs and ensure accurate billing and timely payments. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with healthcare billing, including Medicaid/insurance coordination.
