About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP for Agile Product Management with a focus on Value Stream Ownership. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader and customer advocate, responsible for shaping and steering the future of global specialty transformation initiatives. This role demands a deep expertise in product delivery, agile coaching, business operations, or digital transformation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale value streams. The AVP will be at the forefront of driving value across the enterprise, owning the vision and flow of one or more value streams, and ensuring that the agile product lifecycle is aligned with business transformation and market opportunities. Collaboration, an inventive mindset, and fluency in agile frameworks are essential, as is the ability to influence across the organization and lead with empathy and clarity. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a relevant field and a Bachelor's degree in operations or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will be a collaboration extraordinaire, with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational influencing skills. An inventive mindset is crucial, as is the ability to challenge the status quo and drive operational excellence and change enablement. The role requires a leader who can champion continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, and use data to inform decisions.
