Senior Manager Provider Compensation

Leading the provider compensation accounting function for a large multi-state physician practice network, the full-time Senior Manager Provider Compensation will manage a team responsible for the accurate calculation, accounting, and reporting of compensation for over 200 providers, while ensuring compliance with complex contractual arrangements in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage and develop the provider compensation team, overseeing the monthly compensation close process and ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain the master provider compensation matrix, ensuring all agreements and changes are accurately reflected and documented Participate in contract reviews, translating economic terms into clear mathematical calculations and addressing any ambiguities with relevant stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or provider compensation, with team leadership experience Healthcare accounting experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on multi-site provider compensation Proven ability to interpret complex contracts and convert terms into operational processes Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, accrual accounting, and experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions
