SERVICE MANAGER

Matthews Buses, Inc., one of the nation’s largest school/commercial bus dealers in the United States, with 4 New York locations, has an opening for a Service Manager at our Ballston Spa location. 

The successful candidate will possess the following:

·         Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate customer service

·         Mechanical experience in servicing automotive, bus or medium duty trucks

·         Ability to implement and ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures

·         Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communication with techs, drivers, parts, and office staff

·         Knowledge and experience with automotive dealer software systems

·         Minimum of 5-years’experience in service management

·         Valid NYS Driver’s License
