Assembler

Electro-mechanical assembler needed to join a growing Danbury manufacturer with immediate openings! If you have strong electro-mechanical assembly and precision soldering experience, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected company offering competitive pay, steady hours, and potential for permanent hire.

· Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

· Location: Danbury, CT

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

· Overtime opportunities may be available

· Temp-to-Hire opportunity for top performers

What You Will Do

· Perform electro-mechanical assembly of precision components and assemblies

· Complete micro-soldering of small electronic parts using microscopes and specialized tools

· Use hand tools and assembly equipment to build high-quality products

· Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy

· Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

· 3+ years of precision soldering experience required

· Experience with electro-mechanical or electronic assembly

· Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies

· Experience using microscopes and hand tools preferred

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Reliable work history with excellent attendance
