Director of Facilities & Maintenance

Atria Senior Living

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial teams at an assigned community. You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. The role requires 3–5 years in multi-family property management or building maintenance, strong budgeting and staff leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
