Specimen Processor-3rd Shift Part Time

Labcorp is hiring a part-time Specimen Processor for third-shift work in Tucker, Georgia. The role involves preparing, routing, and shipping laboratory specimens while maintaining accurate records in a high-throughput environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and route laboratory specimens to appropriate staging areas for processing
- Accurately identify, label, and pack specimens for shipment to testing facilities
- Enter patient information and specimen data accurately and timely
- Resolve, document, and properly store problem specimens and excess samples
- Meet department activity and production goals while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable handling biological specimens
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Experience with MS Office
- Preferred: 1+ year lab, accessioning, or warehouse experience
