We're seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join our clinical leadership team as Nurse Supervisor, overseeing evening and weekend nursing operations across our assisted living and memory care community.

This is a floor-level leadership role. You'll provide direct supervision to Charge Nurses, CNAs, CMTs, and Restorative Aides, serve as the clinical bridge between frontline staff and the DON and ADON, and ensure every shift runs safely, smoothly, and to standard.

Your Shift

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with rotating weekends

• Evening shift leadership role with consistent scheduling

What You'll Do

• Provide direct supervision and support to Charge Nurses, CNAs, CMTs, and Restorative Aides during assigned shifts

• Conduct walking rounds to observe care delivery, provide coaching, and ensure safety and quality standards are met

• Respond to resident needs and assist with clinical problem-solving in real time

• Communicate resident condition changes to appropriate departments and leadership

• Monitor and maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing reports

• Ensure narcotics and controlled medication documentation is maintained per policy

• Support onboarding and mentoring of new nursing staff

• Collaborate with the DON and ADON on staffing coverage and performance concerns

• Participate in quality assurance efforts and assist with clinical audits and incident follow-up

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control protocols, and State and Federal regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active, unencumbered Missouri RN or LPN license required

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care (LTC) or assisted living required

• Supervisory or charge experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and team leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Availability for evening shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays as needed
