Justin Price Insurance Agency in Jonesville is hiring an Agency Growth Specialist to join our growing team.

Our insurance agency is located in Jonesville, and we provide Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. This is an opportunity for someone who wants a long term career in insurance sales with real upside.

What kind of training will I receive?

No. You do not need to know insurance or have prior insurance sales experience to apply. We provide the training you need to succeed.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $50,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred
• Proven track record of winning
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Intrinsically driven to be successful
