What You'll Be Doing Bartenders are responsible for the success of the bar at the restaurant. This includes: * Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards. * Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products. * Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings. * Handle assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures. * Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike * Providing pleasant and timely service. * Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience.
