Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM The Rick Goings Institute (RGI) at Rollins College is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM to lead strategy and execution for brand presence and lead generation across digital channels and CRM infrastructure. Job Summary As the senior marketing leader, the role owns marketing strategy and execution across social media, graphic content, email campaigns, website, and database infrastructure, ensuring a high-functioning sales pipeline engine. The successful candidate will set brand standards, lead cross-functional projects, and personally execute marketing initiatives while maintaining data integrity. Essential Job Functions Social Media Management Own and manage RGI's social media presence across LinkedIn and other platforms, including content calendar, scheduling, and engagement monitoring. Produce platform-native content such as thought‑leadership posts, event promotions, and alumni highlights. Monitor performance metrics and report results to the MD, adjusting strategy accordingly. Stay current on platform best practices and recommend content formats to maximize reach. Support director of corporate development with content that advances business development goals. Graphic Design & Visual Content Production Create graphics, visual assets, and branded materials for social media, email, events, and website, maintaining consistency with RGI brand standards. Produce templates and collateral as directed by the MD or Director of Corporate Development. Maintain an organized library of brand assets for team access. Ensure visual content is production-ready and delivered on schedule. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns for programs, events, and outreach, handling all phases from copywriting to post-campaign analysis. Develop and manage automated nurture sequences to move prospects through the funnel. Maintain email list hygiene and compliance. Track performance metrics and use data to improve campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the Director of Corporate Development to support sales outreach via the CRM email toolset. Website Management & Digital Presence Own day‑to‑day content updates for program pages, event listings, bios, and news posts. Coordinate with external web vendors on updates and serve as quality reviewer. Monitor traffic via analytics, report trends, and recommend improvements. Ensure all forms, landing pages, and registration links function and integrate with CRM workflows. Maintain SEO best practices and support paid search with properly structured landing pages. CRM Administration & Sales Pipeline Support Maintain data integrity across contacts, segments, pipeline stages, and engagement history. Build and manage audience lists for targeted outreach and promotion. Support lead capture and routing from web, email, and social to CRM. Maintain pipeline visibility, flag stale records, and report consistently to the MD. Run regular CRM reporting on leads, pipeline activity, and attribution. Coordinate data hygiene tasks such as deduplication and enrichment. Minimum Qualifications & Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a comparable senior marketing role. Proven success leading multi‑channel campaigns, content strategy, and database management to generate measurable leads. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in or alongside a business development or sales function. Background in executive education, professional development, or B2B marketing. Success in building brand presence and lead‑generation programs from early stage. Experience with paid social advertising and Google Ads. Familiarity with marketing attribution modeling and sales enablement strategy. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent). Expert‑level experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent). CRM administration and pipeline reporting expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). Strong strategic and analytical thinking, translating data into actionable recommendations. Exceptional written communication and brand voice discipline. Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and Google Analytics. Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence without direct authority. Work Environment Campus‑based, front‑facing customer service position in an office environment.
