Abacus Staffing is hiring warehouse janitors for one of our national partners!

Position: Warehouse Janitor

Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89032

Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shifts

Pay rates: $16.00-$17.00/hr.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout our warehouse facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain warehouse floors by sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly (indoors and outdoors)
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
Maintain cleanliness around loading docks, storage areas, and high-traffic zones
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
Respond to spills and ensure proper cleanup procedures are followed
Identify and report safety hazards, damages, or maintenance needs
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications

Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Must be able to follow instructions and safety protocols

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include heat, cold, dust, and noise)
