Guest Service Agent - Hilton San Diego Bayfront

The Team at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront is currently seeking their next Guest Service Agent to join the team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong English communication skills with guests, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone, with professional phone etiquette.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

• Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus!
