Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Preboarding (2 openings)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the OpportunityJoin a fast-paced HR team supporting the onboarding experience for a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy coordinating processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports preboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate preboarding activities including background checks and onboarding documentation
- Support offer letters and candidate communication
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems
- Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams
- 1–3 years of HR, coordination, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with onboarding or HRIS systems
- Healthcare or regulated environment experience
This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
