Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Preboarding (2 openings)

Location: Sacramento, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Join a fast-paced HR team supporting the onboarding experience for a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy coordinating processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports preboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the hiring process.

• Coordinate preboarding activities including background checks and onboarding documentation
• Support offer letters and candidate communication
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems
• Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams

• 1–3 years of HR, coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows
• Strong communication skills

• Experience with onboarding or HRIS systems
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
