As a Facilities & Operations Technician, you will support the maintenance, safety, organization, and day-to-day operations of company facilities. This hands-on role includes facility maintenance, inventory management, vendor coordination, deliveries, and operational support. Primary responsibilities include:

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, fixtures, doors, locks, and furniture.

• Conduct facility inspections and address maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.

• Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance supplies, and inventory in an organized and safe manner.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support repairs, maintenance projects, and facility improvements.

• Perform local pickups and deliveries of materials, supplies, and equipment throughout San Diego County.

• Assist with office moves, workstation setups, company meetings, and special events.

• Maintain building grounds, parking areas, and common spaces to ensure a clean and professional environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required tools, equipment, and PPE.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organized work areas.

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Experience operating company vehicles, box trucks, or forklifts is a plus.

• Basic computer skills, including email and inventory tracking systems.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

The starting pay rate for Facilities & Operations Technician jobs is $25.00, plus overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
