Job Description

Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for an "Administrative Assistant III" based out of Indianapolis, IN. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension) Pay Rate: $40- $50/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wave Lead and leadership team (calendars, travel, expenses, meeting coordination). Drive leadership meetings, including agenda planning, documentation, and action item tracking. Organize and manage internal/external events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Support project management activities: status & progress reporting, documentation management, templates, and change control processes. Collaborate on organizational/group projects as project lead or member. Contribute to strategic initiatives, tools, and working methods to support program goals. Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams to promote cooperation and effectiveness. Skills & Attributes Strong project management knowledge (agile experience preferred). Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). High attention to detail with problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with executive leaders. Adaptability in fast-changing environments and willingness to learn new skills. Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5–7 years' experience in an Administrative/Executive Assistant or similar role.
