Director, Supply Chain

Position Summary The Director, Supply Chain directs overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors and distribution of finished goods. Position Details Develops and implements supply chain strategies and process improvements to support operational efficiency and business objectives. Negotiates vendor contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing and reliable supplier performance. Utilizes data monitoring and analytics to evaluate performance and trends to forecast inventory and distribution requirements. Partners with Project Managers, Division Managers, Foremen, and Superintendents to ensure material availability and alignment with project requirements. Serves as mentor and provides training and coaching to team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education, training and/or experience.
